The creator and CEO of Party Center Software, Scott Drummond, began as an FEC owner, purchasing a struggling indoor bounce facility. In his quest to turn this into a profitable FEC he looked at ways he could manage his facility and bring in revenue with online booking. There were many software options out there, but the more he looked he found that he would have to purchase multiple software subscriptions from multiple vendors to achieve what he wanted. Not to mention the price tag on some of these packages were into the tens of thousands.
Instead of trying to piece things together and make them work, Scott decided to go and create his own software. He used his background in the FEC business along with input from fellow FEC owners to find out what all was needed in a software.
